Cartwright King Solicitors out of the UK compiled this infographic detailing some of the laws that affect social media and cases where people have been arrested or imprisoned due to breaking them.

“These days social media forms part of our everyday lives and using it to relay our emotions, particularly when intoxicated, could result in very serious consequences.” said Sophie Murray, Senior Associate and in-house Barrister at Cartwright King.
